Our Christmas Party Season in Koh this year begins on Friday 27th November.
Our 4 Course Koh Samui Christmas Cocktail & Dinner Menu includes a sumptuous range of dishes, a festive classic cocktail, a surprise course involving Pina Colada that is sure to ‘wow’ all your guests, delicious desserts, fun party hats, festive Christmas crackers, an electric atmosphere, a buzzing cocktail bar, all under one roof.
The 4 Course Koh Samui Christmas Cocktail & Dinner Menu (for groups of 6 or more) is priced at €48 per person, plus service charge of 12.5%, and is the only group menu available on the following nights:
November : 27th, 28th
December 4th, 5th, 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th
There is a 3 Course Christmas Menu available for €38 (for groups of 6 or more) on all other nights, plus 12.5% service charge.
Our4 Course Koh Phi Phi Christmas Cocktail & Lunch Menu is €28 per person, plus service charge of 12.5%, and is available from 12 noon – 4pm daily from Friday 27th November.
Our Pre-Theatre menu is only available Sunday – Wednesday, from 5pm – 7pm, in December.

BOOKING CONDITIONS & INFORMATION
1.CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
Assuming we can accommodate your requested booking date and time, we will call or email you to inform you that a provisional booking has been made.
We will forward our full terms and conditions along with the deposit amount required to confirm your booking.
Please note bookings are not confirmed until deposits are received and a voucher issued.
2.DEPOSITS
We require a deposit of €10 per person in order to secure your booking.
For reservations of 10 people or more a credit card number must also be provided to secure the booking.
Upon receipt of your deposit of €10 per person a numbered voucher will be issued to you and will be redeemable on the date of your party.
Please bring your voucher with you on the day to ensure your deposit is taken off your bill on the night.
The voucher amount will be deducted from your bill.
If you reduce the numbers in your party (by less than 10%) you are asked to do so by email, giving us at least 48 hours notice.
3.CANCELLATIONS
Where there is a cancellation of the entire party after payment of the deposit the following charges will apply :
4 weeks prior to reserved date 0% of deposit will be retained by Koh;
3 weeks prior to reserved date 25% of deposit will be retained by Koh;
2 weeks prior to reserved date 50% of deposit will be retained by Koh;
1 week prior to reserved date 75% of deposit will be retained by Koh;
Less than 1 week prior to reserved date 100% of deposit will be retained by Koh.
4.ALTERATIONS TO BOOKINGS
Alterations cannot be accepted verbally.
Please email details to us to ensure accuracy.
In the event of partial cancellations of more than 10% of your party, deposit refunds will only be credited against your final bill if we are made aware, via email, at least 5 working days before the date of your booking.
5.PAYMENT
Payment of the bill must be made in full on completion of the meal.
Koh accepts all major credit & debit cards, including AMEX.
Cheques can be made payable to Moport ltd.
6.PRICES & DETAILS
Correct at the time of printing but subject to change.
7.ARRIVALS & SEATING TIMES
Your co-operation at sitting at the agreed time is essential so that you can enjoy your meal to the fullest and not frustrate your group or subsequent diners.
Reservations for areas in Koh Lounge for Pre-Dinner drinks will be held for 10 minutes only after the reserved time.
